FAVBET became the general partner of the Basketball Federation of Ukraine

The Ukrainian betting company FAVBET has entered into a partnership agreement with the Basketball Federation of Ukraine and will act as the title sponsor of the Super League for the 2023-2024 season. Also FAVBET becomes the general partner of the men’s and women’s national teams of Ukraine in basketball and will support the performance of national teams in international competitions.

The new season of the country’s leading basketball championship, starting in early October, will be called “Superleague Favbet”. This year, 9 clubs of last year’s Superleague and the winner of the previous season’s Higher Division, BC Rivne, will compete for the title of the best club in Ukraine.

On July 14, the men’s national basketball team of Ukraine will begin preparations for the pre-qualification tournament of the Olympic Games. The Ukrainians will prepare in Riga, where the team of Vitaliy Stepanovsky will play 4 control matches with the national teams of Lithuania, Sweden, Israel and the Netherlands. On August 12 in Istanbul, the team will start the group stage of the tournament, where our opponents will be the teams of Bulgaria, Iceland and Turkey.

The women’s national team of Ukraine will wait for the qualifying stage for the European Championship 2025, which starts in November.

Partnership with the FBU is a responsible step for FAVBET, which systematically supports Ukrainian sports even in the conditions of war.
