Olympic champion in ice dancing Natalya Bestemyanova in an interview with called the information that the Olympic champion Roman Kostomarov discharged from hospital after a serious illness.
Earlier, Kostomarov announced on the social network that he was discharged from the hospital and posted a video in which he thanked the staff of the Kommunarka MMCC.

Kostomarov was hospitalized in January, since then the 46-year-old figure skater has been under medical supervision and has suffered several amputations.
Kostomarov, paired with Tatyana Navka, won gold at the 2006 Olympic Games in Turin in ice dancing. In addition, the duo won twice at the world championships, three times at the European championships.
