The second in a row five-set duel of the Greek in the tournament
Fifth racket of the world Stefanos Tsitsipas from Greece defeated the legendary Briton Andy Murray in the second round Wimbledon 2023. Tennis players spent almost 5 hours on the court.
The opponents exchanged victories in tie-breaks in the first and second sets. The third party was left for Murray, but the two-time winner of Wimbledon could not bring the meeting to the final victory.
In the fourth set, Tsitsipas again turned out to be stronger in a tie-break, and in the fifth set he made one break and won 6:4.
