Ukrainian Angelina Kalinina and Romanian Irina-Camellia Run advanced to the second round of doubles Wimbledon 2023.
In the first round, Kalinina and Begu got a tough victory over the duo of Alexa Guaracha and Erin Rautliff. The fight lasted almost two and a half hours.
In the 1/16 finals, Angelina and Irina-Kamelia will play against the third seeded Storm Hunter and Eliza Martens, who today defeated Nadezhda Kichenok and Alicia Rosolska.
Earlier, Katerina Beindl, who plays in a duet with Australian Daria Saville, and Marta Kostyuk, paired with Elena-Gabriela Ruse from Romania, went to the second round of the doubles at Wimbledon 2023.

Lyudmila Kichenok reached the 1/8 finals of Wimbledon in the mixed doubles. Ukrainian in a duet with a Croatian Mate Pavic defeated Japanese Miya Kato and Sander Gille from Belgium.
In the next round, Kichenok and Pavić will play against Croatian Nikola Mektic and American Bernarda Pera.
Today Kichenok and Elena Ostapenko from Latvia could not overcome the first round. The seventh seeded at the start of the doubles competition lost to Britons Harriet Dart and Heather Watson.
