Last season, the volleyball player defended the colors of another Italian team – Scandicci.
“I come from Scandicci, where I did not manage to find a permanent place in the team, as it always happened to me in the past. But I have a lot of energy and determination to return to my level and become the hero of a new club. I am happy to be able to share my experience at Trentino, a club that immediately impressed me with its enthusiasm and ambition. I hope that through teamwork, we we can achieve our goals for the season,” said Shcherban, 33.
Shcherban in Russia played for Proton, Krasnodar and Dynamo Moscow, Kaliningrad Lokomotiv, became a five-time national champion. With the Russian national team, the player won Grand Prix silver and bronze.
