Double world champion in junior cross-country skiing Savely Korostelev said he chose Yegor Sorin’s training group because he liked his training system.
Korostelev joined Sorin’s squad at the end of last season.
– Why did you join the band with Yegor Sorin? I like his training system more. Still, they have different approaches with Yuri Viktorovich. I hope the process of adaptation and infusion into the team has already passed (laughs). We immediately joined the team. There is nothing supernatural in training. We are slowly getting out of the loads, the volume is the same as everyone else, there are no concessions for us. Everything is fine, – said Korostelev “Championship”.
Korostelev, 19, won three sprint races at the Russian Cup stages last season. Previously, he trained with the national junior team.
