In the grand final of Bali Major GG beat Team Liquid
Team Gaimin Gladiators became the champion of the tournament Bali Major 2023 By Dota 2. In the grand final, GG defeated Team Liquid with a score of 3:1.
Gaimin Gladiators won the Major for the third time in a row. In April, they became the winners of the Lima Major, and in May, the ESL One Berlin Major. Note that both in Peru and in Germany, it was Team Liquid who defeated GG in the final.
In total, Gaimin Gladiators have won five major Dota 2 tournaments in 2023. In addition to three major victories, the team also became the winner of DreamLeague Season 19 and DreamLeague Season 20.
Team Liquid was defeated in the finals of the major for the ninth time in history. The team has only one triumph at the China Dota2 Supermajor in 2018.
For the victory on Bali Major 2023 Gaimin Gladiators received $200k and 600 DPC points. Team Liquid earned $100k and 550 DPC points.
Bali Major 2023 took place from June 29 to July 9. It was the first major in Indonesia in history.
