The Favbet Foundation team continues to develop the Stronger Together project – boxing has recently appeared in the list of free sections available for children.
Boxing classes are conducted by experienced trainers of the Kyiv fighting club SpartaBox. The groups were formed from children whose families have IDP status or where one of the parents is a military man. The cost of classes is paid thanks to the support of the fund Favbet Foundation.
“Even in times of war, children should not be deprived of a happy and active childhood. Sport not only distracts children from the terrible things happening around, but also develops their physical skills, the ability to cooperate and stay on their feet, forms character, will and courage. Let our little boxers become symbols of resilience and hope that Ukraine will win.”— says Evgeniy Bondar, project curator of the Favbet Foundation.
“Stronger Together” is part of a larger project Favbet Foundation called “Superheroes Club”, which seeks to provide opportunities for the comprehensive development of children of IDPs and military personnel, as well as children from socially vulnerable groups.
The development initiative includes the IT Kids basic computer education course in collaboration with Code Club Ukraine, as well as the Power in Knowledge project, thanks to which 5,500 children in Ukraine receive bright office boxes for learning and creativity.
