The duel of the Ukrainian world champion with the British boxer will take place on August 26
WBO/WBA/IBF/IBO World Heavyweight Champion Oleksandr Usyk had a duel of views with a British boxer Daniel Dubois.
The event took place in London. Dubois tried to provoke the Ukrainian during the duel, said a few words and was the first to look away. Usyk smiled at the words of the Briton.
Usyk vs Dubois is officially announced for August 26th. The fight will take place in Wroclaw, Poland, at the Tarczynski Arena. It was reported that Usyk would receive 75% of the total prize fund – $6 million. Dubois can count on 25% – 2 million.
Alexander in his last fight again defeated Briton Anthony Joshua, defending his belts. Dubois defeated Kevin Lerena by TKO in December and retained the status of the mandatory challenger for the WBA belt, owned by the Ukrainian.
