The Ukrainian named the favorite in the fight for the title of absolute world welterweight champion
Former WBC World Champion Viktor Postol gave a prediction for the fight for the title of absolute world welterweight champion between Errol Spence And Terence Crawford.
Postol favors his former rival Crawford. The Ukrainian believes that Terence will win in the second half of the fight.
“I think Terence Crawford will win easily. He will stop Spence after six rounds, in the second half of the fight. Speed will be the deciding factor,” Postol said.
“There is nothing Spence can show Crawford that he hasn’t seen before. Even if Errol gives him problems in the early rounds, Crawford will adapt and get better. I believe he will stop Spence.”
Postol and Crawford had a unification fight in the summer of 2016. The Ukrainian conceded by unanimous decision and lost the WBC light welterweight title.
Tonight, Postol will fight Dominican Elvis Rodriguez on the undercard of the Frank Martin vs. Artem Harutyunyan fight. This will be the Ukrainian’s first fight since February 2022, when he lost by technical knockout to Gary Russell.
Fight Spence – Crawford will be held on the night of July 29-30. The unification bout will take place in Las Vegas at the T-Mobile Arena.
