Olympic Games Silver Medalist Oleg Stoyanovsky And Ilya Leshukov will face Maxim Sivolap and Igor Velichko in the final of the Russian Beach Volleyball Cup.
In the semifinals, Stoyanovsky and Leshukov defeated Alexei Gusev and Pavel Shustrov with the score 2:0 (21:15, 21:15), Velichko and Sivolap were stronger than Olympic medalist Vyacheslav Krasilnikov and Konstantin Semenov – 2: 0 (26:24, 21:18).
On the women’s side, Nadezhda Makroguzova/Svetlana Holomina and Daria Rudykh/Ekaterina Birlova will meet in the deciding match.
Makroguzova and Kholomina beat Maria Egorova and Arina Ryazhnova (21:19, 21:16) in the semifinals, while Rudykh and Birlova beat Elizaveta Ludkova and Ksenia Dabizha (21:19, 21:19).
The Russian Cup final takes place in Kemerovo from July 13-16.
