He pointed out that Russian gymnasts will still not be able to compete in Olympic Games qualifying, and the decision on which athletes, coaches or staff will be granted visas remains unclear. Additionally, a recommendation was made by the IOC that CSKA military personnel could not participate in the competition.
Guberniev believes that such tolerances do not change anything and that the situation remains uncertain.
