2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup starts today

The World Championship will be held in Australia and New Zealand

Today, July 20, begins Women’s World Cup 2023 on football.

32 national teams will take part in the tournament in Australia and New Zealand. At the same time, eight participants are debutants of the world championship.

2023 Women’s World Cup matches will be hosted by 10 stadiums in nine cities. It should be noted that two stadiums for World Cup matches were provided by Sydney at once – “Sydney Football Stadium” and “Australia”.

The United States is the reigning women’s world champion. Martha, the six-time winner of the FIFA Women’s Player of the Year award, will be part of it at the 2023 World Cup.

The tournament kicks off on July 20 at Eden Park in Auckland, where New Zealand will play Norway in the first group stage match. The 2023 Women’s World Cup final will take place on August 20 at Australia Stadium in Sydney.
