Russian synchronized swimmers program brought Italians bronze at World Championships

Italian synchronized swimmers, who won bronze at the Budapest World Championships, competed in an arbitrary team combination with a schedule set by the Russians Vlad Chigireva , Alexandra Patskevich and Svetlana Romashina .

The program of the Italian national team was set to music from the television series “The Magnificent Century”.

Gold was won by the Ukrainian team, silver was won by the Japanese team.

The national teams of Russia and Belarus were not allowed to participate in the tournament by decision of the International Swimming Federation (FINA), which suspended representatives of these teams from competitions under its auspices due to the situation in Ukraine .
