Secretary General of the All-Russian Volleyball Federation (VVF) Alexander Yaremenko in an interview with a correspondent, he said that Russia at the volleyball tournament within the framework of the second Games of the CIS countries will be represented by youth teams.
The Games of the CIS countries will be held in Minsk from August 4 to 14.
– We have determined the teams for the second Games of the CIS countries – these are our youth teams. The girls will go there earlier for two friendly matches under the leadership of Alexander Viktorovich Karikov. The men are now preparing for Anapa, where they will have a Chesnokov tournament with the participation of Belarusian teams. From there they will leave for Belarus on August 7. The matches will take place from August 9 to 13, Yaremenko told .
