Olympic figure skating champion Roman Kostomarov on his Telegram channel, he posted a new training video after his release from the hospital.
In the video, Kostomarov showed how he performs exercises to maintain balance on prostheses.
I’m not looking for the easy. But I’m looking for balance even in the current situation,” the 46-year-old wrote.
Kostomarov was hospitalized in January, since then he has been under the supervision of doctors and has suffered several amputations. In early July, Kostomarov announced that he was discharged from hospital.

Kostomarov, paired with Tatyana Navka, won gold at the 2006 Olympic Games in Turin in ice dancing. In addition, the duo won twice at the world championships, three times at the European championships.
