Roma want to renegotiate Dybala’s contract

The new agreement will not have a clause

Roma wants to renegotiate contract with striker Paulo Dybala.

In the near future, a meeting of the club’s management with the agent of the Argentine will take place. The offer of the Romans is a three-year contract with an annual salary of 6 million euros, excluding bonuses.

In addition, Roma plans to eliminate the player clause in the new contract. Dybala’s release clause is now €12m for foreign clubs and €20m for Serie A clubs.

Dybala joined Roma last summer as a free agent. The forward played 38 matches for the Wolves in all competitions last season, in which he scored 18 goals and gave eight assists.

Roma finished sixth in the Italian championship and will play in the group stage of the Europa League. Recall that the head coach of the Romans, Jose Mourinho, will miss four matches of European competitions due to insults of the referee in the final of the previous LE. Wolves will start the new season in Serie A with a duel with Salernitana.
