Nerazzurri unhappy with Shakhtar insisting on 20 million euros for goalkeeper
Shakhtar goalkeeper Anatoly Trubin no longer a priority transfer target for Inter.
Previously, the Nerazzurri considered the Ukrainian the first candidate for signing. Now Inter’s priority is Jan Sommer, and other options for strengthening the goalkeeping position are also being considered.
Earlier, the Nerazzurri was offered 10 million euros for the Ukrainian, as well as bonuses and interest from subsequent resale. The miner insists on the amount of 20 million euros, which does not suit the management of the Italian club.
Last season Anatoliy made 38 appearances for Shakhtar in all competitions (40 goals conceded). The goalkeeper completed 14 meetings “to zero”.
Together with the youth team of Ukraine, Trubin reached the 1/2 finals of the European Championship 2023, where the blue-and-yellows lost to Spain (1:5). The goalkeeper played in 4 matches and conceded 6 goals.
Inter became the third in the championship of Italy. The Nerazzurri lost to Manchester City in the Champions League final. Shakhtar became the champion of Ukraine at the end of the season.
