The baseball team called on the audience to donate to the fund to help wounded Ukrainian soldiers
New York Yankees supported Ukrainian soldiers before the game with the Kansas City Royals in the regular season of Major League Baseball. The baseball team at the home arena called for donations to help the wounded Ukrainian fighters.
Note that the Yankees won the fight with a score of 5:4. New York will host the Royals again on Saturday.
Recall that in August in London will be a charity match Game4Ukraine, which will be held in support of Ukraine. Andriy Shevchenko and Oleksandr Zinchenko will be team captains, and famous football personalities will be the participants of the meeting, including Gerard Pique, Clarence Seedorf, Fabio Cannavaro, David Beckham and many others. Hollywood actor Mark Strong and British Capital FM radio host Roman Kemp will also play in the match.
Early on the morning of February 24, Russia launched rocket and air strikes on most Ukrainian cities and then launched a full-scale military invasion. The war against Russia has been going on for 514 days.
Tonight, we welcome Ukrainian warriors who were injured while courageously defending their country 🇺🇦
