The next friendly against Arsenal on July 27 remains on schedule
Barcelona canceled friendly match Juventus due to an outbreak of gastroenteritis on the team.
The fight was supposed to take place in the Californian city of Santa Clara on Saturday. Note that the Juventus players took advantage of their free time to hold an open training session at the Levi’s Stadium, where the match was supposed to take place.
The non-infected Barcelona players trained individually in the hotel’s gym. The team is monitoring the situation and hopes that the players will recover for the next match against Arsenal. The meeting is scheduled for July 27 in Los Angeles. The blue garnets are then due to face Real Madrid in Dallas on July 29.
Barcelona became the champion of Spain. In the first round of the new season, the Xavi team will play with Getafe on August 13.
