But not the main
Former coach of Dinamo, the national team of Belarus and a number of clubs Alexander Khatskevich is on the shortlist of possible candidates for the post of head coach of Luhansk Zorya. It is reported by TaToTake.
According to the host of the program Mikhail Spivakovsky, a lot will depend on today’s appointment of the head coach of the Polish Gornik from Zabrze, who is also considering Khatskevich’s candidacy.
It is noted that the Belarusian specialist is not the main contender for the coaching bridge of the Lugansk club. The leadership of Zarya gives priority to the former head of the Miner’s Academy, Patrick van Loueven, who recently worked in Maccabi Tel Aviv. The second candidate for the post of Zorya’s mentor is the famous Ukrainian coach Oleksandr Babich.
Recall that the former coach of the Luhansk club Viktor Skrypnyk from July 1 should start working with Vorskla, which the Poltava club has already announced on its official website. The last place of work of Alexander Babich was Kryvbas, which he left in the spring of this year. Khatskevich, after leaving Rotor in March 2021, is still unemployed.
