Juventus are ready to sell the striker as part of a deal involving Romelu Lukaku
Chelsea considers Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic as a substitute for an injured Christopher Nkunku.
Earlier it was reported that Juventus continue to insist on the exchange of Vlahovic for the Blue forward Romelu Lukaku with an additional payment of 40 million euros from Chelsea. The Blues were at odds with the Bianconeri on player value estimates, but are now considering a trade deal.
Nkunku suffered a knee injury in the first half of the test match against Borussia Dortmund on 3 August. The 25-year-old football player underwent surgery. Now he will have a long rehabilitation period.
Vlahovic has been playing for Juventus since January 2022, the Bianconeri bought the player from Fiorentina for 81.6 million euros. Last season, the Serbian made 42 appearances for Turin in all competitions, scoring 14 goals.
In the 2022/23 season, Chelsea finished 12th in the Premier League and did not qualify for European competition. Mykhailo Mudrik’s team will start the new season on August 13 with a match against Liverpool.
