The bail for Pavelko was made by the lawyer Bolinsky. Money has a Russian trace

The funds were the subject of the commission of crimes in another criminal proceeding

Pledge for the President UAF Andrey Pavelko at the rate of UAH 9.88 million introduced a lawyer Svyatoslav Bolinsky. However, during the hearing of the case, it became known that the pledge made has a Russian trace.

It is reported that the funds were the subject of crimes in another criminal proceeding. The investigation also established a connection between Bolinsky and Boyko’s lawyer, who now represents Andrei Pavelko’s interests in court.

Bolinsky was previously Boyko’s client in criminal proceedings against several persons suspected of committing criminal offenses under Articles 111 of the Criminal Code (high treason) and 209 (legalization (laundering) of property obtained by criminal means). At the same time, the lawyer, after the words of the prosecutor, stated in the courtroom that he did not know the person who contributed almost 10 million hryvnias for Andriy Pavelko.

In May, the Kiev Pechersk Court extended Pavelko’s removal from the post of UAF president until July 9, 2023, and in early August extended the decision for a new term — two months, until October 2. The court also extended the investigation period in the case of the head of the UAF and the general secretary of the organization Yuri Zapisotsky until November 23, 2023.

In mid-June, the Shevchenkovsky District Court of Lviv placed Pavelko in a pre-trial detention center for a period of 60 days, until August 14, inclusive. A pledge of 9.88 million hryvnia, which was previously paid for the head of the UAF, was transferred to the state.

The UAF considers the entire process to be commissioned work from the former leaders of the association. In 2018, the Schemes program conducted an investigation, as a result of which journalists suspected the UAF and its president Andriy Pavelko of corruption through a factory for the production of artificial fields.
