First Vice-President of the All-Russian Athletics Federation (ARAF) Irina Privalova gratitude from the President of Russia Vladimir Poutine , reported on the official Internet portal for legal information.
Privalova won gold in the 400m hurdles at the Sydney Olympics in 2000. She is also a silver (1992) and bronze (1992, 2000) medalist from the Games.
ARAF Executive Director Boris Grishin received a certificate of merit from the President of Russia, and the Head of State expressed his gratitude to the organization’s Secretary General, Alexander Cherkashin.
