A full house is expected at the championship match in Wroclaw
Alexander KrasyukWBO/WBA/IBF/IBO heavyweight champion promoter Oleksandr Usykspoke about how tickets are being sold for the next fight of a Ukrainian against a British boxer Daniel Dubois.
“More than three-quarters of the tickets have already been sold. We still have an active implementation period, when there is little time left before the fight.”
“When the week of the fight starts, where there will be more media activities, an open training session, a press conference that will take place on Independence Day, the weigh-in – all these things are designed to sell tickets. I think it will be a full arena, 40,000th,” the promoter assured.
The battle between Usyk and Dubois will take place on August 26 in Wroclaw, Poland, at the Tarczynski Arena. The championship fight will be shown by the MEGOGO media service.
On the undercard of the Usyk-Dubois fight, WBO International lightweight champion Denis Berinchyk, Dmitry Mitrofanov, Yaroslav Khartsyz, Vasily Chebotar, Fedor Cherkashin, Daniel Lapin and others will enter the ring.
