The Pitmen, like Dynamo, unexpectedly lost points in a scoring confrontation
Kryvbas And Miner in the 4th round Ukrainian Premier League played in a draw – 3:3.
The reigning champion, following Dynamo, dramatically lost points in a scoring shootout on the underdog field.
Everything started off great for the Pitmen: goals by Oleksiy Kashchuk and Dmitry Kryskiv ensured a comfortable advantage by the 18th minute. But Kryvbas quickly returned to the game – experienced Dmitry Khomchenovsky took advantage of Ivan Dibango’s pass.
At the end of the half, the teams exchanged goals. First, Kryskiv made a double, and then Dibango gave another assist – to Oleg Kozhushko. At the 64th minute, the score became equal – Daniil Beskorovayny scored. There were no more goals in the match, unlike cards.
Both opponents finished the game in incomplete squads: first, Khomchenovsky left the field ahead of schedule, and then Artem Bondarenko joined him. This is the second red card for the Shakhtar midfielder in the new season. Moreover, Dmitry Chygrynskiy managed to get two yellow cards in a row in stoppage time.
A draw did not allow any of the opponents to enter the top 3. Shakhtar finishes the tour in 4th place, Kryvbas – in 6th.
In the next round, both teams will play away: the Pitmen – with Kolos, the Krivorozhye – against Obolon.
