“It has become more fun in the stands in Yekaterinburg, but there are still obstacles for the fans” – Moiseeva

The head coach of the Russian diving team, Svetlana Moiseeva, told that compared to the Russian championship, it became more fun in the stands of the Palace of Water Sports in Yekaterinburg during the International Festival of college sports, but there are still plenty of hurdles for fans.

The festival will end in Yekaterinburg on August 31.

– After the Russian championship in June, you said that there were not enough supporters in the stands in Yekaterinburg. Is it more fun now?

– The second day was more fun, the first day there were empty stands. Went to see if there were spectators in other sports as I still don’t understand the safety measures – two mile walk to venue after leaving car at EXPO. There may be shuttles, but still additional hurdles for people to come and watch the competition, Moiseeva told .
