The Russian Ski Racing Championship 2024 will be held from March 15 to 25 at the Malinovka sports complex in the Arkhangelsk region, reports the press service of the Russian Ski Racing Federation (FLGR).
The competition schedule for 2024 was released on Thursday. The program of the Czech Republic includes equal distances for men and women in the skiathlon (10 + 10 km) and in the race with a separate start in the classic style (10 km). But the free marathon distance for men will be 50 km and for women 30 km.
Equality of distances in certain types of program is also planned at certain stages of the Russian Cup, at the Spartakiad of the strongest in Tyumen (February 9-19) and at the Russian championships among juniors. Earlier, FLGR chief Elena Vyalbe, in a conversation with , explained the decision to adopt the experience internationally by the fact that the Ministry of Sports pays bonuses for Olympic distances.

15.03 – Arrival day
March 16 – Sprint. Freestyle
March 17 – Skiathlon (10km + 10km)
19.03 – Classic style 10/10 km
20.03 – Team sprint (classic style)
March 22 – Relay (4×5 km), (4×7.5 km)
March 23 – Mass start. 30 km free (women)
March 24 – Mass start. 50 km free (men)
March 25 – Departure day.
