Swimmer Mullakaeva about nutrition at the Yekaterinburg International Festival: “It got better, now we don’t eat two cutlets”

Medalist at the short course world championships Daria Mullakaeva said that after the first days of the International University Sports Festival, the food situation has improved.

Mullakaeva won the 100m freestyle at these competitions in Yekaterinburg.

– In fact, the first days were not very good, but apparently they gave a beating, and it got better – now we eat as much as we want, and not just two chops. Today I ate two beef steaks and vegetable pasta. Pretty good.

It is clear that nothing superfluous. Why are we here, are we going to eat oysters, only to later, excuse me, sit in the room? Mullakaeva told .

Nikolai Zuev, winner of the 50m backstroke on Friday, also said the food in the village had improved.

“I arrived on time today, everything was enough. There were no complaints about the food today. We managed to grab a few desserts. We burn a lot of energy and we need to eat well. In general, they increase the number of food distribution sections each time in order to avoid any queues, Zuev noted.
