Canso jumper at the Open Water Festival: “I loved the atmosphere”

Junior European champion Elizaveta Kanso said she really liked the atmosphere of the Open Water festival in Krylatskoye, even though the conditions for the divers were unusual.

The leaders of the Russian diving team performed at this festival, which was held in Krylatskoye, as part of a demonstration program.

– Today the water was cold, the wind was blowing, the sun was shining – something very unusual for us jumpers in terms of the conditions. But I liked everything – I watched the beautiful and difficult jumps of top divers. I wish such competitions were held more often in Moscow. For us it was like an entertainment show, we laughed, joked, made fun of each other, smiled, even when we got to the edge. These bright and exciting impressions will remain for a lifetime.
