Russian figure skater Alena Kostornaya told that she was happy to be on the list of Russian national team skate test participants with her husband Georgy Kunitsa.
Kostornaya and Kunitsa will perform at the pre-season tests of the Russian national pair skating team, the skaters are on the official list of the Russian Figure Skating Federation (FFKKR).
“We are very happy to be on the lists,” Kostornaya told .
The traditional pre-season tests will take place on September 16 and 17 at Megasport in the capital.
In early 2023, Kostornaya announced the transition from single to pair skating and began performing with Kunitsa. On August 12, the skaters got married.
