It was often reported that Alina Gorbacheva quarreled with coach Sofia Fedchenko. This information was confirmed by the uncle of figure skater Artyom Borshchev.

And it’s also strange that parents entrust their child to a girl. It was these strange situations that led to the events that happened,” Borshchev said, as quoted by Izvestia.
