“She is 16, not 6, she must be aware of her actions” – Goncharenko on the situation with figure skater Gorbacheva

Figure skating coach Inna Goncharenko told she considers the 16-year-old figure skater’s behavior irresponsible. Alina Gorbacheva .

Russian junior champion Gorbachev disappeared Monday night in Moscow. A day later, the whereabouts of the athlete were established in the cinema of one of the shopping centers. On Wednesday, Gorbacheva announced on the social network that her act was not related to figure skating or the coach, and also urged not to trust the media and “unfortunate bloggers”.

– To be honest, when I became aware of the situation, the state was terrible, even shocked, depressed. It was very scary for Alina (Gorbachev). Thank goodness she was found alive and well, and everything went well.

You have to understand that she is 16 years old and not 6 years old, she must answer for her actions. Moreover, Alina is not just a girl, but a member of the national team and a public figure. Almost the entire character community was like a bare nerve, everyone was worried. And what loved ones felt is even harder to imagine.

Training is a complex process, especially at such a high level, but there must always be responsibility and education. Now that everyone has gadgets, writing a message to loved ones is not difficult. It had to be done, at 16, it cannot be explained. This is absolute irresponsibility on Gorbacheva’s part.

Have you had similar cases in your career where emotions have invaded the services with such force?

– Almost all figure skaters are extremely emotional personalities. The situations were different: they were nervous and crying, but they couldn’t run away. There was nothing like running somewhere all night without telling your loved ones, putting the whole town and the special services on their ears. A member of the national team must be a responsible person, Goncharenko told .
