Mbappe close to PSG contract extension until 2026 – journalist

The French striker will be available for redemption in the summer of 2024 for a separately agreed clause

Paris Saint Germain And Kylian Mbappe are ready to shake hands to conclude a new contract until 2026.

The updated agreement includes a “gentlemen’s agreement” clause that potential buyers will be able to activate in the summer of 2024.

Previously, PSG put Kilian on the transfer, did not include him in the pre-season tour and was ready to sell the player. However, in August, the 24-year-old resumed a “constructive dialogue” with the club, returned to training with the first team and announced his readiness to extend the contract.

Mbappe scored 3 of PSG’s four goals this season, including a double that brought his team victory over vice-champion Lance. With five points, the Parisians are in 8th place in the table. On September 3, Luis Enrique’s team will play Lyon away.
