Athletistic/ Figure Skating. On Monday August 28, 16-year-old Russian figure skater Alina Gorbacheva escaped. For a long time she did not contact her relatives and coach Sofia Fedchenko, with whom she lived. Gorbacheva left the rink and went to the park, then spent the night at the entrance, on the afternoon of August 29 she walked around the city and ended up in the cinema in the evening.
One of the versions of what happened was that Alina Gorbacheva had a conflict with the coach. The information was confirmed by a friend of the skater.
Alina is my friend. I spoke to her before she disappeared. Everything was going well for her. Her coach said they had a fight and she left. Alina was very tired and did not know how to jump on a quad very well. Sofia Fedchenko (coach) yelled at her, they had a fight, and Alina left. Alina hurt her leg and Sofya charged her. Yesterday, Alina simply could not physically jump. I myself couldn’t do it six months ago. I had a back injury and I fully understand that,” a friend of Gorbachev told Komsomolskaya Pravda.
