Russian world championship bronze medalist Maksim Spesivtsev won gold in the single kayak over a distance of 500 meters at the Goodwill Cup international kayaking and canoeing competitions, held on the Moscow Rowing Canal.
The second in this discipline was Belarusian Vladislav Kravets, the bronze medal went to Russian Viktor Gavrilenko.
In men’s single canoeing over a distance of 500 meters, gold, silver and bronze were won by Russians Zakhar Petrov, Alexander Bots and Ilya Pervukhin.
Representative of Belarus Elena Nozdreva won the single canoe over a distance of 500 m, her compatriot Olga Klimova took second place, and Russian Ekaterina Shlyapnikova became third.
On the fourth day of competition, 26 sets of medals in kayak and canoe, paracanoe and SUP will be played.
