The American plans to return to boxing after two defeats by Fury
Former World Heavyweight Champion Deontay Wilder talked about his possible return to the ring.
“I’m definitely thinking about returning. We are trying to figure everything out and put everything in its place. I feel like my career could be restarted,” Wilder said.
“When there is such a strong and outspoken heavyweight like me, boxing is beautiful. When there is such an exciting fighter, boxing thrives. Now people are watching it. When there is no such boxer, everything starts to go out. People approached me and said that they need the return of their champion, without him boxing is boring.
Wilder plans to return to the ring after two defeats from Tyson Fury: in 2020, the American lost the WBC championship belt to his opponent, and last fall he failed to return him in a rematch.
