Dawn has earned almost 20 million euros over the past six seasons
Summer European transfer window closes. In Ukraine, the transfers of football players are still allowed, however, it is likely that there will be no high-profile transfers to the UPL. And if so, then it’s time to sum up the intermediate results. Moreover, there are several interesting points.
In total, Ukrainian clubs earned a little more from the transfers of their players 24 million euros. The lion’s share of them are the transfers of Anatoly Trubin from Shakhtar to Benfica (10 million) and Artem Dovbik from Dnepr-1 to Girona (7.75 million). In third place is the transition of Nazariy Rusin from Zorya to Sunderland (2.5 million euros).
If we talk about internal transfers, then for now the palm is held by defender Vasily Kravets, whose transfer from Vorskla to Dnepr-1 cost 800 thousand euros. In second place is the transition of Vladislav Baboglo from Alexandria to the Carpathians (585 thousand euros), in third place is Bogdan Lednev from Dynamo to Dnipro-1.
Shakhtar earned the most money on transfers in the summer – 10 millionDnipro-1 – 7.95 million, Zarya – 2.5 million and Alexandria – 1.32 million.
Shakhtar spent the most money on transfers in the summer – €12.05 million. In second place is Dnepr-1, 2.33 million euros, in third place is Zarya – 750 thousand euros.
Seven clubs out of 16 so far have a positive balance during the summer transfer window. Kolos earned 300 thousand euros, Dynamo – 500 thousand euros, Kryvbas – 560 thousand euros, Vorskla – 750 thousand euros, Alexandria – 1.32 million euros, Zarya – 1.75 million, Dnepr-1 – 5.62.
For Alexandria, this transfer summer was the best in history and almost a repeat of the best transfer record during one “window”. Up to the club record set in the winter/spring season 2011/2012 – €1.37 million, the club still lacks quite a bit. Then, we recall, Alexandria sold David Targamadze to Shakhtar for 1.15 million euros, and Pavel Ksenza – to the Carpathians for 220 thousand euros. But now, we recall, the Ukrainian transfer window is not yet closed, so the current period of transfers may become a record for Alexandria in history.
Zorya demonstrates excellent transfer efficiency. Luhanchae have already earned 2.5 million euros from the transfer of Rusin, showing the third highest summer income in history. Of course, the indicators of the 2018/2019 season, when Lunin went to Real for 8.5 million euros, Youri Castilno – to Al-Nasr for 1.25 million euros, and Opanasenko – to Konyaspor for 200 thousand euros (total – 9.95 million) Lugachan cannot be repeated.
But the 2017/2018 season with 2.6 million euros (Dennis – in Bruges for 1.4 million, Rafael – in Ludogorets for 1.2 million) – within walking distance. And yes, over the last six summer transfer windows, Zorya has earned almost 20 million euros (19.95). Excellent efficiency for the club and a vivid example of whether a team can break even in the current realities.
