Blue-and-yellows won the first victory in the tournament
Youth futsal team of Ukraine confidently defeated the team Slovenia with a score of 4:2 in the second round Euro 2023 (U-19).
A hat-trick as part of the Ukrainian team scored Maxim Malinovsky, who became the leader of the scorer race at the tournament. Another goal for the blue-yellows was scored by Dmitry Fedyk.
In the other match of group B today, the youth teams of Italy and Finland will play.
The Ukrainian team scored the first 3 points in the tournament, the Slovenes also had three points. The top two teams from the quartet will advance to the semifinals.
Recall that in the first match the youth futsal team of Ukraine lost to Italy (1:2).
In the third round of Euro 2023, the blue-yellows will play against Finland on 6 September. The game starts at 16:00 Kyiv time. On the same day, Slovenia will play with Italy.
The European Championship 2023 takes place from 3 to 10 September in Poreč, Croatia.
