About the best personalities and the main figures of the tour – here.
Goalkeeper – Andrey Popovich (Agribusiness)
The match in Ternopil didn’t seem too spectacular, but it’s slippery ice for the goalkeepers. There were plenty of opportunities for error. So, Popovich saved the guests already in the first minute, when he pulled the ball from nine, which cut off the target when Sokolov served. Several times Andrei boldly rushed to cut across his opponents, not even allowing him to strike and finish. In one of the most dangerous episodes, when Bay blocked a sharp flank cross, Popovich got up great under the ball and prevented the Ternopils from scoring. These zero-zero were hard for Agribusiness, they would not exist without the reliability of the goalkeeper.
- Best in Group B: Ilya Karavashchenko (FSK Mariupol)
EtcDefender – Pavlo Polehenko (Karpaty)
Playing without Podlepenets, who ended up in the infirmary, Polegenko performed several tasks at once. In addition to the need to play defense and actively support his flank midfielder, Pavel had to find understanding first with Kartushov, then with Romanyuk. Judging by the active protracted connections, Polegenko controlled everything. In addition, he himself tried to break through on the opponents’ goal. When he hung in the 74th minute, Christian opened the scoring with his second touch in the match, as Epicenter did not hold on in a foreign field.
- Best in Group B: Petr Kharzhevsky (FSK Mariupol)
TseCenter back – Ruslan Barilyak (Agribusiness)
Ternopils have a fairly bright group of creative players, and Niva does not play according to established patterns, there is improvisation in the team’s game, exchange of zones and positions. Nevertheless, Agribusiness didn’t miss out on a good opponent, on the contrary, the Barilyak-Bely connection felt like a master in the center of defense. There were only a few moments when Bay, Riznyk or Borodenko escaped from tight custody – and they did not lead to heads. But Barilyak successfully played against former teammates – he played for Niva even before covid.
- Best in Group B: Evgeny Opanasenko (SC Poltava)
TseCentral defender – Ivan Pets (Bukovina)
The Chernivtsi team collided with a high-speed mobile attack group from Kharkiv. The youth of Metalist also have goals in matches with more high-class opponents. Nevertheless, even without Novotryasov, a couple of center-backs Pets-Pasechnik played strongly. For Ivan, a representative of the Kharkiv football dynasty, it was a fundamental match. There was a moment, even with the score 0:0, he almost scored against the guests after one of the standards.
- Best in Group B: Guilherme (Dinaz)
Letop defender – Vladislav Dvorovenko (Niva Buzovaya)
Usually, using its special tactical scheme with sparse flanks and a double attack, Prykarpattya causes significant problems for opponents with a traditional tactical formation. Nevertheless, Niva managed to tie up the opponents in their own half of the field. And in the game on the length of the flank, Dvorovenko outplayed his rivals. With the exception of the moment when Shinkarenko’s serve led to an aggravation in the penalty area and Semka’s goal (there is more blame for those who gave the reset and did not cover the left winger of the hosts). On the other hand, Vladislav sumptuously served corners, from which the Buzovites scored both of their goals.
- Best in Group B: Dmitry Ulyanov (Victoria)
TseCentral midfielder – Vitaly Koltsov (Ingulets)
In two matches Ingulets – Metallurg in the championship and the cup, the teams scored 12 goals for two. But there would have been no second victory of the Petrovsky club in the season, if not for the central midfielder Koltsov. First, Vitaliy converted a penalty earned by Zaporozhets, and then burst into the penalty area and, as a center forward, converted an exit to the Zaporozhets goalkeeper. To this we add a difficult struggle in the center of the field, which at first the hosts lost, but then they imposed and won convincingly.
- Best in Group A: Sergey Romanov (Prykarpattya)
Etc4th attacking midfielder – Yevhen Zaporozhets (Ingulets)
The leader in the list of the best assistants showed his talent to the full in the match with Metallurg. Actually, Zaporozhets was a direct participant in most sharp attacks, participated in multi-moves, which he often unfolded in an unexpected way for his opponents. It was after the next transfer of Evgeniy that the ball hit the hand of the Cossack, and Koltsov converted the penalty. Later, when the guests unsuccessfully tried to go from defense to attack, it was Zaporozhets who orientated himself faster and passed with his heel to Koltsov’s entrance into the penalty area.
- Best in Group B: Ambrosius Chachua (Carpathians)
TseCentral attacking midfielder – Dmitry Eremenko (Dinaz)
The 2009 European Junior Champion once showed promise at Markevich and was Kvartsyany’s favorite, but he temporarily suspended his professional career and played among amateurs, and also struggled with the consequences of an injury. Returning to the Ukrainian championship as part of Dinaz was not easy. In a match with a direct competitor in the struggle to maintain a place in the First League, Eremenko showed his class and game intelligence. Malaki and Kirichenko scored from Dmitry’s passes, he led the game and made a decisive contribution to the victory over Gornyak-Sport.
- Best in Group A: Nazar Prikhodko (FC Khust)
Lefirst attacking midfielder – Maxim Serdyuk (FC Chernihiv)
We rarely deviate from our rule of not tagging players on the losing team because football is a team game and everyone wins and loses together. But Serdyuk’s individual performance against Flint shows the high athletic potential of this young player. Maxim boldly played one on one, covered a huge space across the entire width of the field. Scored the first goal, elegantly flipping the goalkeeper after a Koydan rebate, and then he went into a long solo pass, scoring in the style of Salah or Messi (let this comparison not sound too high-flown).
- Best in Group A: Artem Semka (Prykarpattya)
Onfalling – Miroslav Trofimyuk (Flint)
The coaching staff of the Kremenchug club believed in Trofimyuk, although last season he showed only sketches, excerpts, strokes of his game. Now, after Galata, Kremen even released Vivdich, it seems, having made a bet on Miroslav. And in the very first match in the new status, this young striker made the game. Actually, even in the first half, there were moments when Trofimyuk strained the defense of the hosts. Shortly after the rest, Miroslav managed to finish off after Savitsky’s strike and equalized the score. And in the “swing” at the end of the match, Trofimyuk managed to cross Galoyan and brought victory to the guests. In Chernihiv, Miroslav played a match that will be next to the debut in the Premier League in terms of importance for his career.
- Best in Group A: Vasily Palahniuk (Bukovina)
Onfalling – Vladislav Borisenko (FC Khust)
After the loss of the Lutsev brothers in the attack of the debutants of the First League – FC Khust – a huge problem arose. To solve it, the Transcarpathian team even abandoned the usual game of two forwards. And flank midfielder Borisenko began to play the role of a center forward, of course, with a certain emphasis, given his playing profile and style. In the match with Podolia, which has a number of experienced defenders at its disposal, Vladislav managed to prove himself in attack. Starting on Ivanov’s long pass, he opened the scoring in the match – and it was the Khustians’ debut goal in the First League. Borisenko subsequently worked a lot in front, looked for the ball, opened up – his contribution to the first victory of FC Khust after promotion can be called significant.
- Best in Group B: Alexander Vivdich (SK Poltava)

FC Khust made it to the First League through the playoffs, in the first season among professionals. But already after the start of the debut season at this level, the club lost four leading players at once, being unable to recruit ready-made and status masters. But Podillya, on the contrary, invited a number of experienced performers and, literally on the eve of the departure to Transcarpathia, announced the goalkeeper of the national team of Kazakhstan from the UPL – Nepogodov. Nevertheless, FC Khust managed to stun the opponents with their goals at the start, then played well on the counterattacks, tying the leading players of Khmelnytsky in the fight. Even the beautiful goal of Boldenkov at the end did not shake the first historic victory of FC Khust in the First Division.
Analysis from the All-Ukrainian Association of Football Coaches – here.

Nice tour for jokers! Rezepov scores the actually winning goal of Ingulets, Bykovsky saves Mariupol from defeat with a chic free-kick, Kirichenko delivers a “control shot” for Dinaz. However, even after this important list, the replacement of the Carpathians is in the first place. Both goals are from Markevych’s jokers. And the first – a turning point – the Brazilian debutant Christian scored in the first minute after entering the field!
- Sport Arena stats: 5 league matches, 3 goals.

Although the “Tigers” did not maintain their advantage over Flint and eventually suffered a limp defeat, we cannot deny the bright solo performance of their midfielder Serdyuk. Playing as a left winger, the 21-year-old outmaneuvered opponents and scored two goals against them. Under normal circumstances, this is enough to win, and then to the title of the hero of the tour. Nevertheless, Maxim and the team did not work out somewhere, relaxed, lost concentration. This will be a lesson to them.
- Sport Arena stats: 5 league matches, 3 goals, 1 assist.
Yes, what is going on! The reporting tour certainly fulfilled the monthly standard of beautiful goals! In the shortlist of the most spectacular for the entire season, we write down Boldenkov’s goal from Khmelnytsky in the style of the Panini logo, crazy free-kick from Kiev Bykovskychic long-range shot by a rookie from Lviv Ravlyk. With a heavy heart, realizing that all these goals are gorgeous and deserved, we pay tribute to the long-range shot from the field. Quoting the report: “Chachua gave a cross pass to the rookie Ravlyk who turned around, who from a distance shot very beautifully right on target – 2:0. This is the third goal in the championship for the winger, who started the season in Agribusiness, and before that spent many seasons in the Lviv region championship.”
The goal can be seen on the video from 1:07

Read later on our website an interview with the player who provided two assists in the victory over Gornyak-Sport.
