The Chinese synchronized swimming team won the free program of the group competition at the World Aquatics Championships in Budapest.
The Chinese women received 96.7000 points for their performance. Silver was won by the Ukrainian team (95.0000), the top three were closed by Japanese athletes (93.1333).
The national teams of Russia and Belarus were not allowed to participate in the tournament by decision of the International Swimming Federation (FINA), which suspended representatives of these teams from competitions under its auspices due to the situation in Ukraine .
The world championship in Hungary takes place from June 18 to July 3.
