Motor and Odessa will start in the second round of the European Cup
Handball club Donbass finished his performance in EHF European Cuplosing twice to the Turkish Besiktas in the first round.
The confrontation matches took place in Istanbul on September 9 and 10. In the first match, Donbass lost with a difference of 11 goals – 30:41. In the second meeting, the Ukrainian team was unable to oppose Besiktas – 19:43.
Last season, Donbass was eliminated from the EHF European Cup at the 1/32 final stage. In November 2022, the representative of Ukraine lost twice to the Icelandic Vestmannayjar.
In the second round of the EHF European Cup, two representatives of Ukraine will start: Motor will play with the winner of the confrontation between Estonian Tallinn and Kerjeng from Luxembourg, and Odessa will meet with the Romanian team Minaur Baia Mare.
