Portugal, without Ronaldo, scored nine goals against Luxembourg, victories for Slovakia and Wales – the results of the qualifying matches for Euro 2024

Iceland snatched victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina in stoppage time

On September 11, five matches of the sixth round of the qualifying stage took place European Championship 2024.

In the opening match of the game day, Armenia, under the leadership of ex-coach of the Ukrainian national team Alexander Petrakov, lost to Croatia – 0:1.

Portugal had no problems at home in the match with Luxembourg – 9:0. Goncalo Inacio, Goncalo Ramos and Diogo Jota scored a brace each. Portuguese leader Cristiano Ronaldo missed today’s match due to too many yellow cards.

In another Group J match, Iceland won Bosnia and Herzegovina in stoppage time – 1:0.

On Tuesday, September 12, Ukraine will play the 6th round match. Sergei Rebrov’s team will play away against Italy. Starts at 21:45.
