Video game developer EA Sports has joined the sanctions against the aggressor country for the war in Ukraine.

As reported in the patch note, all Russian clubs and the Russian national team, as well as the home stadium of Spartak Otkritie Bank Arena, have been removed from FIFA 22.
At the same time, if the user of the game indicates any of the Russian teams as his favorite, then after installing the next (ninth) patch, his selection will automatically change to French PSG.
Note that EA Sports announced plans to remove all Russians from the game, due to the war unleashed by the Putin regime in Ukraine, on March 2nd.
