The German national team beat France in a friendly match at home

Bundesteam won the first match after Flick was fired

In a friendly match the team Germany defeated the team at their stadium France with a score of 2:1.

Already in the fourth minute of the match, the German team took the lead thanks to a goal by Thomas Müller. And at the end of the meeting, the opponents exchanged goals: first, Leroy Sane scored the second goal for the hosts, and Antoine Griezmann scored a penalty for the French team.

Let us remind you that on the eve of this match the German national team was left without a head coach: Hans-Dieter Flick was relieved of his position as head coach of the team.

Germany will play against Australia in their next friendly match. France will play the Netherlands in their next Euro 2024 qualifying match.
