Bruno Saltor has left Chelsea without an official announcement

British media report that Chelsea Spanish specialist left Bruno Saltorformer assistant Graham Potter And Mauricio Pochettino. The club did not announce his departure.

Saltor came along with Potter in September 2022. After the Englishman was fired in April 2023, the Spaniard became acting head coach of the Blues for one match (0:0 against Liverpool). Then came Frank Lampardand the torment of Londoners continued.

This summer it was announced that Saltor would remain on the Chelsea coaching staff as one of Mauricio Pochettino’s assistants. However, according to the latest information, the 42-year-old ex-footballer and Brighton coach has left the capital’s club.

That leaves two of Potter’s former Chelsea team: goalkeeping coach Ben Roberts and analyst Kyle Macaulay.

Chelsea finished last season in 12th place, a record low since 1994.

In the new season under the leadership of Pochettino, the Blues have scored five points in six rounds and have already gone three matches in a row without scoring goals. In total, Chelsea have not scored in 13 Premier League matches in 2023.
