Athletistic/ Figure skating. On September 27, the second day of the CAS hearing took place on the doping case of Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva.
“The hearing lasted two hours longer than scheduled for the second day in a row.
Kamila Valieva, who chose not to attend the hearing in person as authorized by CAS, testified via video on Tuesday,” USA Today reporter Christine Brennan wrote on social media.
Valieva is the 2022 European champion. Kamil was accused of violating anti-doping rules during the 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing. The investigation is not yet complete.
