Double success of a Ukrainian woman in the USA
Ukrainian tennis player Yulia Starodubtseva became the champion of the tournament ITF W60 in American Rancho Santa Fe in singles and doubles.
In the final of the singles bracket, Starodubtseva played with Swiss representative Lulu Sun. The Ukrainian won in two sets – 7:5, 6:3.
In doubles, Julia performed in a duet with Makenna Jones. In the final, the Ukrainian and American beat the tandem Tatyana Prozorova / Madison Sig.
For 23-year-old Starodubtseva, this is already her fourth singles title at the ITF level. In doubles, the Ukrainian won the third ITF tournament. All were mined in 2023.
