Sprinter Kristina Makarenko told that getting into the international Test squad meant nothing to her.

Earlier it became known that 26 Russian athletes were included in the international control group of the independent body for combating negative phenomena in athletics (AIU). Among them was the multiple Russian sprint champion Makarenko.

“The fact that I have been added to the international testing group means absolutely nothing at the moment. Except that from now on, RUSADA is no longer the only one who can test me. In 2016, I was added to the international pool in the same way after fulfilling the Olympic standards, but when the list for the Games was made, I was immediately removed from it,” Makarenko told .
