Russian figure skaters Elizaveta Tuktamysheva and Alena Kostornaya have not been included in the new International Skating Union (ISU) doping test pool. It was reported organization’s press office.
Both athletes were in the test group in the 2021/22 season.
Among Russian figure skaters, the new ISU test group included single skaters Alexandra Trusova, Anna Shcherbakova and Kamila Valieva.
Also in the pool were figure skaters Nikita Katsalapov and Victoria Sinitsyna (ice dancing), Alexandra Boikova and Dmitry Kozlovsky, Evgenia Tarasova and Vladimir Morozov, Anastasia Mishina and Alexander Gallyamov (pair skating).
Short track skaters Sofia Prosvirnova, Ekaterina Konstantinova and Semyon Elistratov, speed skaters Ruslan Zakharov, Natalya Voronina, Sergey Trofimov, Alexander Rumyantsev, Ruslan Murashov, Irina Kuznetsova, Evgenia Lalenkova, Elizaveta Kazelina, Angelina Golikova, Olga Fatkulina and Pavel Kulizhnikov also have test pool.
Athletes included in the testing pool are required to report their whereabouts to the ADAMS testing system and comply with World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) rules.
